Hello from the "football-crazy person" mentioned last time by our former Membership Manager, Mark Clifford. As you can see, I am now back from Germany (which was great by the way - I thoroughly recommend the forest areas for active family holidays) and in my defence, I should point out that it is the men in my family who are football enthusiasts; I just tag along for the trips (in fact cricket is my real interest, along with jam making, wine tasting and eating out, as many of you will already know).

Anyway, I hope I manage to do as good a job as Membership Manager for STC UK as Mark did and here is the Membership News since Mark's last column in June.

We have a new Membership contact at Head Office called Cara Gardner, who has taken over from Tina NeSmith as Membership Assistant.
