The dominant story in this issue of the newsletter is the Region 2 Conference, which will be held at the end of October. It offers excellent speakers and some exciting social events. We also give details of the forthcoming Southern LIG meeting to be held in Reading later in September, and there's a date and place for the Christmas Dinner. There's a write-up of the Northern LIG meeting held in July and news of the annual Trans-European competition.
