I know some readers are experts in all things HTML ... and some of us are not. So, I thought the following example, which shows how simply changing CSS style sheets can absolutely transform the appearance, layout and design of web-based materials (be it a newsletter or a web site), would be of interest to the non-experts. CASCADING GARDEN

CSS Zen Garden is a Web site demonstrating the benefits of using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). Half manifesto and half gallery, according to its own words, the project appeared as a reaction to the mostly uninspired use of Cascading Style Sheets that was typical in 2003.
