Doc-To-Help 2006 V1 Released
ComponentOne Europe released the latest edition of their successful help-authoring tool, Doc-To-Help 2006 V1, on 4th April. Below are new features that you can expect to see in this release, as well as others they expect to launch in the near future.
They have also launched a new website for Doc-To-Help 2006 users.

- Glossary Redesign. Doc-To-help will give you more options when creating your glossary and related pop-ups.
- RoboHelp Single-Source Layouts. Layouts and their associated settings will convert to Doc-To-Help targets.
- NetHelp(tm) Project Merge. Doc-To-Help will be able to merge multiple NetHelp projects.
- NetHelp Search Enhancements. NetHelp search will be improved with features such as a user-defined noise list.
- Support for Image Maps in D2HML. HTML authors will be able to create D2HML hotspots in their image maps, enabling them to create versatile links. Note that Doc-to-Help already includes an image map editor for Microsoft Word.
- Live Links in Printed Manual. Doc-To-Help will have the ability to create live links in its printed manual output in order to preserve them for PDF creation.
