The table below lists the fees for the conference. Booking is now open for both STC members and non-Members as well.

Please note that the prices shown are for the Conference only and do not include accomodation or evening meals.

Notes

Members of INTECOM societies

Individual members of INTECOM member societies are entitled to register at the STC member rate. Please enter your organisation name and membership number in the STC Membership No. field (for example IEEE PCS 12345). The STC Membership offer is not available to delegates registering under this arrangement.

NOTE ON TAX

All registration fees are inclusive and no VAT or other tax is being charged

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Any cancellations up to 23rd Sept will receive 85% refund (15% handling charge)

No cancellations accepted after 23rd September 2006

SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY

Substitutions may be made without charge up to 6th October 2006

ON THE DOOR PRICING

On the door registration fee is strictly subject to availability. If lunch is not available for attendees paying the On the door fee, the fee will be adjusted accordingly.

STC Membership offer for non-members

Conference delegates who pay the non-member registration fee, and then complete and submit an STC Membership Application form at the Conference will be entitled to a rebate of the difference between the member and non-member rate.

Delegates submitting their STC Membership Application form at the Conference will benefit from membership from November 2006 to December 2007 on payment of one year's membership fee. This is the equivalent of 14 months' membership for the price of 12!
